Residential Fire: Edgewood Drive, Buffalo Twp

13:36: Stations 27, 36, 15, and 70 (EMS) dispatched to 203 Edgewood Dr, Buffalo Twp, for flames coming from the basement.

13:39: Control is advising that evacuation is complete.

13:41: (PD?) is on scene with smoke showing. C-27-2 is requesting the second alarm.

13:44: Control advises Stations 150, 169, 130, and 220 were alerted on the 2nd alarm; C-27-2 is requesting 70 (FD) also.

13:45: C-71 is on scene with smoke rolling out the front door.

13:47: EN-27 is to leave room for a Ladder and pull an 1¾” cross-lay to the front door; they need to get to the basement.

13:58: Command requests Station 45 for their rehab trailer.

14:03: Basement crews are reporting they’re not seeing any fire currently.

14:07: At a status check, Command reports they still have active fire; they’re trying to locate it.

14:12: Station 26 is requested to move an Engine to Station 15.

14:31: “Basement from Command, evacuate!” “All apparatus hit the air horns.”

14:37: Command requests Allegheny 282 move into Station 36. The water authority is to be notified units are utilizing 2 of their hydrants.

14:48: Heavy fire on the A-D corner.

15:15: Citizens Station 167 is requested to the scene for manpower.

15:29: Per C-27 (now holding Command) at a status check, they still have active fire and Control is to keep the incident timer rolling.

15:52: The fire is under control per Command.

16:17: Cmdr-45 is requesting a transport unit from his station for 1 patient.

16:33: 45-2 is transporting 1 to BMH.

18:58: Incident terminated.
