22:44: Control is advising that the caller reports everyone is out at this time.
22:47: Chief-13 on scene with heavy fire from the A-side. Second alarm requested.
22:48: Engine-14-2 is responding. Stations 3, 9, 25 and 33 dispatched on the 2nd alarm.
22:49: C-13 is still reporting unknown injuries at this time. Engines -13 and -24 and Tanker-24-2 responding.
22:50: EN-12, TN-12, TN-13 en route. EN-14-2 is being instructed to grab the hydrant at intersection of Dick Road.
22:51: EN-13 is to pull an 1¾” and make entry through the front door. Command confirming no injuries.
22:52: TN-13 is to park behind, tie into, and supply EN-13.

23:01: At the 20-minute mark, Command reports two hand lines in operation with a good water supply. UT-14 and TN-12 are on scene.
23:02: LR-3 is on location. Crews are reporting they’ve checked the basement and it is clear.
23:05: TN-3 and RQ-3 are arriving; they’re to stage and send their manpower.
23:08: EN-33 is on scene.
23:09: Division 2 crews are requesting positive pressure at the front door.

23:12: Fire is knocked; they’re just looking for extension now. Incident can be held to units on scene.
