19:06: Stations 1, 3, 38 and 99 are being alerted for their 2nd call each service, a possible structure fire at 222 2nd St, Butler City. A caller reports smoke in the structure, no fire seen, but a person is asleep on a couch not waking up. EN-1 is clearing the W Wayne St fire, responding to the 2nd incident, and is requesting Station 10 be added for assistance.

19:09: EN-1 is advised that City PD are on scene 2nd St with nothing showing. C-1 is now arriving on scene confirming nothing showing, and reporting the occupants are outside.
19:10: LR-3 is now responding to 2nd St as well. 2nd St Command states they are under control with burnt food and a light smoke condition. That incident is being held to units on scene; all others can return in service or return to W Wayne St.
19:11: LR-3 is being released, but they need to pick up a ladder at the original scene.

19:32: C-1(?) reports City units are clear (of 2nd Street?). EN-1 is clear 2nd Street. C-1 is requested to respond back to W. Wayne St.
