MVA: Oneida Valley Road @ Cannel Coal Road

13:36: Stations 30, 25, and 56 dispatched for an MVA on Rt 38 at the intersection of Cannel Coal and Bruin Roads. 2 vehicle MVA, 1 male reportedly unresponsive.

13:40: C-30-3 is checking the availability of air medical.

13:44: Stat MedEvac 16 is standing by with an ETA of 14 minutes.

13:45: First unit arriving with a vehicle off the roadway.

13:49: 56-1 is to pull onto Cannel Coal Road; the patient is still in the vehicle.

13:50: Command is requesting the helicopter in the air to the Rolling Ridge Farm, just south of the incident. RQ-25 is to proceed past the scene to the field on the left-hand side to establish the landing zone. 56-1 is on scene.

13:52: Control advises Stat 16 has been dispatched, ETA of 14 minutes. RQ-25 is out at the LZ.

13:54: A Stat helicopter returning from UPMC Presby is crossing into Butler County, possibly the helicopter for this incident; unclear.

13:56: Command is now requesting a second ambulance to the scene.

13:57: Command is advised the second ambulance will be out of Emlenton Station 55. Stat 16 is now airborne from their base at ACMH Kittanning. The other helicopter is not responding to this incident.

13:59: Command is reporting a pole sheared off that will need removed prior to the vehicle being towed. Embarq and Armstrong are to be notified.

14:00: 55-3 is responding. Command advises they are needed for patient evaluations.

14:03: The helicopter returning from Presby will pass over the scene momentarily. Stat 16 is just north of Chicora.

14:04: Stat 16 is contacting the ground crew for her LZ briefing.

14:05: Stat 16 is passing east of the LZ and continuing northwest toward the rodeo grounds.

14:06: The helicopter has overshot the LZ and is over north Washington, turning south.

14:07: The pilot and ground crew have visual contact on each other.

14:08: 56-1 is transporting to the LZ.

14:09: Stat 16 is being marked on the ground; 56-1 is out at the LZ.

14:11: Control states he has made contact with both utilities and neither provided an ETA. Command states PSP is wanting to get the vehicle towed.

14:15: 55-3 is on scene.

14:18: 55-3 is clear and returning; no one else wished to be evaluated by EMS.

14:21: Stat 16 is reportedly airborne to Presby.

14:39: The helicopter has arrived on the helipad at UPMC Presbyterian.

14:49: C-25 reports all Station 25 units are back in service.

15:32: Command terminated; remaining FD units are back in service. PSP remains on scene with the tow company.
