12:53: Station 90 structure fire response is alerted for a rekindle of this morning’s fire at 200 Utah Street in Harmony Borough.
12:54: Station 19 acknowledges the call.
12:56: Engine 19 is responding.
12:59: PD report fire in the walls, has not extended to the roof.
13:00: C-22-2 on scene with smoke visible from the same part of the roof as before.
13:35: Second alarm upgrade is requested for manpower. Fire making its way into the roof.
13:38: C-22 is asking Lawrence 2300 if their Ladder is back in service from this morning; it is not. Station 2200 acknowledges the call.
13:39: Ladder 3 from Butler Township is requested. Station 24 acknowledges the call.
13:40: Station 3 acknowledges the call. Chief 3 is responding.
13:41: C-22 is reporting there are multiple handlines in operation inside the building at this time; they are working on opening up the wall, they are making good progress but there is extension across the roofline. Units are operating offensively and Command has visual on all firefighters so there is no need for a PAR check.
13:42: Lawrence County 2201 is responding with a full crew. Ladder 3 is en route.
13:46: 3rd Alarm requested.
13:48: Stations 12, 13, and another Allegheny station are added.
13:53: Station 90 is reactivated for additional manpower. Station 62 is alerted for an additional EMS unit.
13:54: Engine 24 is responding.
13:55: 51-4 is responding for rehab(?).
13:56: Allegheny units are requested to standby at Station 21. 62-6 is responding.
13:59: Station 16 is requested to standby for Station 42.
14:00: Station 16 is alerted.
14:01: Ladder 3 and Squad 3 are approaching and are instructed to stage and send their crews to the center of the building.
14:03: Station 3 units are on location.
14:04: Roof operations is advising Command that part of the roof is compromised; there is fire to the roof.
14:06: Control is advising that 5 Beaver stations have been alerted with 1 acknowledgement, and there has been nothing from Allegheny Station 185. E-13 and E-24 are on location.
14:10: 51-4 is on location.
14:12: Rehab has been setup per Command.
14:17: Control is now advising that Allegheny 247 is no longer available for the standby; C-22 is requesting Station 84 in their place. E-12 is on location.
14:23: Crews are reporting to Command the visible fire is knocked; they are trying to open it up to get the compromised part of the roof pulled down.
14:28: Any unit not on scene is now canceled; the fire is marked under control.
14:48: The roof crew is requesting another 50′ section of 1¾” line from L-22 to assist with making sure the fire is completely knocked along the roofline.
15:30: Roof operations have ceased and units are coming down.
15:35: Station 16 units returning from the Route 228 MVA asked C-42-2 if they are to continue to standby for his station and they are.
15:39: L-21 is advised they can take down their aerial now.
15:40: 62-6 is clear of the fire.
15:52: Lawrence County Station 2200 units are clear of the scene.
15:57: Station 12 is back in service.
15:59: E-24 is back in service.
16:04: L-42 is returning to station.
16:08: Station 19 and 21 units are back in service. C-22 now reports all units are back in service.
16:09: Station 3 units are clear and returning to station.
