15:25: City units are on scene, establishing Command. 99-5 now advising Control they can cancel the helicopter.
15:26: Engine 38 is canceled by Command. Station 3-2 is checking with Command if they are still to continue; Command states that is up to them, the motorcycle rider will likely be a patient refusal, this is off the roadway in a parking lot.
