MVA, Possible Entrapment, Dinnerbell @ Morgan Rd

22:37: Stations 11 and 99 alerted for an MVA with possible entrapment, 2 vehicles, near Dinnerbell and Morgan Road.

Penn Township Fire Department and Butler Ambulance alerted for an MVA with possible entrapment.

22:39: Station 11 acknowledging.

22:40: 99-3 en route.

22:41: 99-2 also responding.

22:43: Control now advising Chief 11 there is 1 patient confirmed entrapped, 1 partial ejection per an individual from his station already on scene; they are requesting a helicopter.

22:45: LifeFlight 4 is at their base and is on standby per Control.

22:46: Control now advising 99 units there are 3 patients, 1 partially ejected, 1 entrapped, 1 unknown status. Second helicopter is requested on standby and 99-5 is now also responding.

Incoming ambulances are advised there are possibly 3 patients, total.

22:49: Rescue 11 and 99-2 on scene.

23:50: 99-21 requesting nearest helicopter in the air; now stating they will transport to the airport. Stat is working on ETA to the Butler Airport if needed.

22:55: 99-5 approaching, now put back in service by another ambulance on scene. Control states Stat 8 is on a 17 minute standby if needed. Command is now advising only 1 helicopter will be needed.

22:57: 99-2 is transporting ALS to rendezvous with LifeFlight 4 at the airport.

23:03: 99-2 is out at the airport.

23:12: 99-3 is clear of the wreck with patient refusal.

23:20: Traffic control is still ongoing and LifeFlight 4 has not departed the Butler Airport as of this time.

23:30: LifeFlight 4 has departed the Butler Airport en route to Pittsburgh.

23:32: 99-3 is reporting back in service, available; fire units are reporting 1 tow truck is departing the scene.

23:37: Traffic controllers are stating traffic will be held now while the 2nd wrecker and police are departing.

23:42: LifeFlight 4 is arriving on the helipad at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

23:46: Command terminated, all Penn Township fire units back in service.
