15:23: 76-1 requesting air medical on standby.
15:25: Station 15 second alert. Chief 16-2 acknowledging, en route to station.
15:28: Control advising 76-1 LifeFlight 4 is on standby with a 9 minute ETA.
15:29: Control now advising 76-1 police are on scene advising the patient is conscious and alert, and needs assistance getting out. Chief 16 en route direct.
15:30: Engine 15, Rescue 15 en route.
15:31: Control now stating police are advising the patient has been extricated at this time.
15:32: Station 16 acknowledging.
15:35: Rescue 16 en route.
15:36: Chief 16 is on location with Command.
15:37: 76-1 on scene. Control states LifeFlight has been canceled.
15:38: Love Road Command is instructing all units to come in non-emergency. Allegheny 241 Engine 1 was apparently en route and was put back in service. Command stating the patient is extricated and will probably refuse treatment.
15:39: Engine 15 also canceled now.
15:45: Rescue 16 on location.
15:52: Chief 16 reporting the patient will be transported, all fire units are clear and the command is terminated.
16:00: 76-1 now reporting they are transporting to Butler Memorial Hospital.
16:29: 76-1 reporting out at BMH.
