14:13: Control stating Richland EMS will be the responding unit. The rest of their transmission was clipped.
14:14: Squad 98 reporting they are en route to this incident. Chief 16 reports he has Command and the helicopter can be canceled at this time.

14:27: Rescue 42 clear.
14:28: Command terminated, all units back in service. Patient refusal.
