08:12: Brush 27-2 en route. Brush 36 requesting orders; they’re instructed to standby at Bear Creek Road and block off the trail and not let anyone up.
08:17: Brush 27-2 asking Control to notify the township the trail will need to be closed due to a “pretty decent leak.”
08:18: Brush 36 on location.
08:19: Brush 27-2 states they believe this is a Riemer Gas line that runs through here.
08:24: Control states the township road department and Riemer Gas were both notified, Riemer is checking to make sure it is theirs as People’s is in the area also, no ETA from either.
08:32: Brush 36 states the road department closed the trail at Bear Creek Road; Brush 36 is in service, returning.
08:54: Brush 27-2 reporting the gas company is on location and all fire units are clear.
