21:16: Control checking the actual address in order to get the appropriate police department; 45-1 states they’re about a quarter-mile off Winfield Road and it is in PSP territory, Jefferson Township. Engine 27 en route.
21:17: Chief 15 on scene with Command. Brush 27 en route.
21:18: Winfield Road to be shut down at Riemer.
21:20: Squad 27 en route. Control states both helicopter services gave 20+ minute ETAs, Stat 6 will be inbound with a 20 minute ETA.
21:22: Engine 27 on location. Fire Police state they are at Winfield Road and Reamer Road, shutting it down. Brush 27 also on scene for traffic control.
21:23: LifeFlight 4 just returned to the Butler Airport after an apparent transport from Clarion Hospital to BMH.
21:24: Rescue 36 on location.
21:28: A Stat MedEvac helicopter is airborne from Clarion County Airport and is likely the responding unit for this incident.
21:32: 45-1 is en route to the Landing Zone.
21:36: 45-1 arriving at the LZ.
21:40: Stat 6 taking the LZ brief from Station 15 units. The helicopter states they show a 3 minute ETA.
21:43: Station 15 has visual on the helicopter.
21:45: Stat MedEvac is on the ground at Station 15.
21:50: Fire Police informing Command the flatbed is inbound now.
22:00: The helicopter is still on the ground at Station 15.
22:10: Still no updates from the scene, and the helicopter has not taken off yet.
22:11: Fire Police instructed to open the roadway now. Engine 27 reporting incident terminated and all units are back in service.
22:12: Riemer Road Command contacting Control, now stating the Command is terminated. Stat MedEvac appears to still be on the ground.
22:22: 45-1 reporting Stat is airborne to Presby.
22:24: 45-1 reporting they are clear, out of service for decontamination.
22:34: Stat 6 is arriving at the UPMC Presbyterian helipad, Pittsburgh.
