13:34: Stations 24, 13, 22, 33, and 64 dispatched for a vehicle on fire inside a garage,100 Albert Drive, Muddy Creek Township.

13:38: Control is advising all units a second caller reporting fire through the roof. C-33 requesting the 2nd alarm.

13:39: EN-13 responding.

13:41: Portarble-13 is on scene reporting the garage is fully-involved with explosions going off and vehicles nearby; it is 30 feet from the dwelling. Control is advising that two Engines from Harmony Station 22 and one Engine from Slippery Rock Station 33 are currently en route and the 2nd alarm has been alerted.

13:42: Station 24 acknowledges the call.

13:43: Explosions ongoing.

13:46: EN-21/C-21 is at the Jackson Line offering assistance. C-33 is advising to proceed. (Originally stating TR-21, corrected to EN-21.)

13:49: Control is reporting no acknowledgment from Stations 1200 or 1400 from the 2nd alarm.

13:54: At the 20-minute status check, Command reports 2 hand lines in operations with a working fire.

14:10: Per Command, the incident can be held to units on scene only.

14:22: Station 2200 units are returning in service or wrapping up on scene at this time.

14:59: Control is advising that the power company has provided an ETA of about an hour.

15:05: 64-2 is back in service from the scene, released by Command.

15:08: C-33 is reporting (EN-33?) is clear of this incident to respond to an MVA on I-79 northbound.

15:12: EN-22-2 is being instructed to shut down at least 1 line at this time for an adapter removal.

18:40: Lt-24-2 is advising Control that if not already done, this incident can now be terminated.
