11:34: Stations 3, 38, and 99 are getting a second MVA with an injury, Butler Crossing just off New Castle Road, 2 vehicles in the parking lot of Applebee’s; one driver is having a medical emergency.
11:37: TR-1 is on scene with a vehicle up against the door of Applebee’s. Per C-3, all units are clear of Rt 422. Nothing was found.
