12:10: Chief 3-2 is responding to the scene.
12:13: Control is advising C-3-2 that Police are on scene with no vehicle involved; the service line to 286 Evans City Road is down on the roadway. C-3-2 is asking if PD reported which utility company is involved; the response is negative.
12:15: Control is now stating that PD reports it is a cable line. Armstrong Cable will be notified.
12:17: Armstrong Cable has been notified. Control also states that PD was able to get the wire removed from the roadway. C-3-2 is pulling on scene now.
