18:01: City units are on scene, smoke visible, requesting 2nd alarm.
18:02: 99-4 requests air medical on standby to BMH if needed. Caller is no longer responding, per Control he was coughing a lot.
18:03: Per C-1 and City units on scene, still hold to the 2nd alarm, not 3rd at this time. This will activate Station 3 for a full response and recall all Station 1 shifts.
18:04: EN-38 is on location.
18:05: 99-4 confirms that they do now have the caller in their ambulance.
18:06: C-1 requests Engine 10 be activated to fill Station 1 and stage there.
18:07: LR-3 is on location.
18:08: 99-4 is advising that the ORIGINAL CALLER IN THE AMBULANCE REPORTS that ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL is STILL INSIDE.
18:11: Crews are being directed to an apartment for the remaining individual but state it is clear.
18:12: A missing child is confirmed accounted for at this time.
18:14: An additional ambulance, 99-10 is on scene.
18:18: Per 99-4, air medical can stand down.
18:19: C-1 is on scene, assuming Command, requesting EN-10 respond into the scene.
18:24: EN-10 is on scene.
18:25: Command reports the fire is knocked and all primary searches are completed. They will be there for a while on overhaul and secondary searches.
19:07: Command is requesting the Red Cross be notified to assist some of the occupants; they are investigating to allow reoccupation.
19:29: Stations 1 and 3 are clear of the scene except for Chief 1.
20:01: Chief 1 is clear of the scene.
