20:40: Stations 19, 42, 20, and 76 dispatched to 1344 Mars-Evans City Rd, Callery Borough. A Chevy Silverado went “through the house.” The house is filling with smoke; there’s no one stuck in the house, and the caller is uninjured. The male (driver?) “probably took off.”
20:42: EN-19 is on scene; Chief 19 will have Command on his arrival.
20:43: C-19-2 has Command currently; he requests Technical Rescue Team 50, and reports extensive structural damage. All dispatched units are to continue in, and Station 90 is requested for additional Rescue companies.
20:44: Team 50 and Station 90 alerted.
20:46: Command is advising the Team 50 OIC, currently C-16-3, that the occupant is out of vehicle; there is structural damage. C-19 is on scene.
20:50: Ops reports foundation is gone underneath the vehicle; the power and gas company needed. They’re trying to isolate both. Road to be closed @ Kline.
20:53: Ops confirming (no smoke at this time?); it had been coming from the vehicle.) Control advises People’s notified and en route.
20:54: Gas and power have been isolated per Command; utilities still needed to the scene.
20:55: There is also damage to the garage from when the truck left the roadway.
21:04: Cap-21 requests New Sewickley out of Beaver County fill his station.
21:22: Windows removed near the vehicle; no need to remove more.
21:25: Callery PD requested to return to the scene for a question and to move his vehicle.
21:19: The homeowner reportedly has a place to stay for the night; Command will not need to make arrangements.
21:34: One Technician had a cinder block fall on his hand; he is proceeding to EMS for evaluation.
21:35: SQ-20 clear.
21:38: The Technician is in the care of EMS. Ops is announcing an exclusion zone; no personnel are allowed into it due to the structure coming down.
21:46: Tow truck is starting their rigging. Team 50 is checking to make sure no further stabilization is needed prior to the vehicle removal.
*Per Ops, as soon as the vehicle is removed, Rescues 21 and 22 can be released.
22:10: All Station 21 units are clear of this incident. Beaver Station 52 is released from their standby.
22:16: RQ-22 is back in service.
22:21: All Station 22 units are back in service.
22:27: RQ-15 is clear of this incident, returning in service.
22:40: All Station 42 units are clear, as well as RQ-16.
22:43: Command is releasing EMS.
22:48: Command is terminated, and the roadway is open.
