Multiple Rollover MVA w/ Entrapment, N Main St

13:50: Stations 14 and 99 dispatched for a vehicle rollover in front of Martin Sales and Service, 1635 N. Main St. Ext, Center Twp. There are occupants still in the vehicle. Multiple 911 calls. Chief 14-2 acknowledges the call and is responding to the scene.

13:51: 99-2 is being diverted from an earlier call to handle this one; 44-2 is being notified to cover the earlier one.

13:52: All units are being alerted that a second vehicle is approximately 50 feet down over a hill, on its roof, with people still inside. C-14-2 requests that his Station be re-alerted and Station 38 be added.

13:53: Stations 14 and 38 are being alerted. 99-4 was canceled for a previous call and is now redirecting to this incident, as well.

13:54: Engine 38 is responding.

13:55: (C-14-2?) is confirming one vehicle overturned and down a very steep embankment; Stations 3 and 1 are requested for assistance, and they’re being alerted now.

13:56: Stat 16 is on standby with an ETA of 14 minutes to the Clearview Mall, if needed. Rescue 3 is responding.

13:57: Far parking lot of the Flea market. 99-2 is on location.

14:14: Command states the medic is requesting a helicopter in the air to the Crossfire Church; RQ-3 will be the ground contact.

14:17: RQ-3 is out at the landing zone.

14:19: Stat is airborne from ACMH Kittanning.

14:26: The pilot is reporting 3 minutes out, requesting her LZ briefing.

14:28: The LZ crew and the pilot both have visual contact.

14:30: RQ-3 is marking Stat 16 on the ground.

14:32: Command is marking at least one patient extrication complete.

14:41: 99-2 is transporting to the LZ.

14:42: 99-2 is out at the LZ.

14:50: 99-4 is in service from the scene with 2 patient refusals.

14:51: Station 1 units are clear.

14:52: Stat 16 is airborne to UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh. 99-2 is back in service.

14:54: Lt-3-3 reports they are clear of the LZ at the church.

14:55: All remaining Station 3 units are now clear of the incident, as well.

15:56: Incident terminated; all units back in service.
