17:01: Stations 16, 15, and 76 dispatched for a motorcycle-involved MVA on Route 228 / Glade Mill Road near Industrial Drive and Langer Material handling in Middlesex Township. One motorcyclist was ejected over a hillside.
17:04: TN-15 is responding from the AFA. RQ-16 is responding.
17:05: PD are on scene reporting 1 party injured, conscious and awake.
17:06: C-16 is on location establishing Command.
17:07: RQ-16 reports they’re a mile out; Command is instructing them to setup for one-lane traffic. Station 15 will take the other end of traffic control upon their arrival.
17:08: RQ-16 is on location. Control is now advising 76-4 that PD is reporting an arm fracture. RQ-15 is responding. All traffic is requested to stop as EMS is approaching.
17:09: 76-4 is on scene.
17:10: An additional crew available on Station 16 is being instructed to stand by at this time.
17:15: All Station 15 units are reporting on scene.
17:28: 76-4 is transporting the patient to Allegheny General Hospital. RQ-15 and TN-15 are clearing the scene, but Station 15 Fire Police remain on scene assisting Station 16 with traffic.
17:34 RQ-16 is to proceed up to the scene with Oil-Dri.
17:43: Command terminated; all remaining units from Stations 16 and 15 are clearing.
