Motorcycle Crash: Mars-Evans City Road

21:15: Stations 20, 19 and 76 dispatched for a motorcycle crash in front of the Dollar General, 1569 Mars-Evans City Rd, Forward Twp. Passenger car vs motorcycle; the rider is unresponsive.

21:17: 76-2 is responding medic-only and is requesting Station 42 be added to complete their crew. Engine 19 is en route. Station 42 is being alerted.

21:18: C-42-2 and RQ-42 are en route.

21:19: Rescue 20 is responding.

21:21: EN-19 is on scene with 1 person on the ground. Captain 19 has Command. RQ-20 is also arriving.

21:21: C-19-2 is requesting the availability of air medical and is instructing RQ-42 to proceed to the gas well pad at Marburger Dairy for a possible landing zone.

21:22: EMS is advised they have a traumatic arrest. C-42-2 is approaching; he is to pull into Lucky Dog’s. Lt-19 is asking C-19-2 if he wants the Tanker for the LZ or manpower to the scene. They are to respond to the LZ to assist RQ-42. 76-2 is instructed to come past EN-19 and stop in front of RQ-20 upon arrival.

21:23: Squad 19 is responding; C-42-2 is arriving.

21:24: Command is requesting an ETA from EMS; they’re about a minute out. Squad 98 is asking 76-2 to let him know if they want the LUCAS device; 76-2 requests he go ahead and respond. Control states LifeFlight 4 is standing by with an ETA of 9 minutes. Command states he’ll advise if they’re needed.

21:25: Per Command, the helicopter can stand down. A unit is to close the roadway at Watters Station Road. RQ-42 is asking if they are to proceed into the scene since the helicopter was canceled; they are being released. 76-2 is on location.

21:26: SQ-19 states they are staged at the intersection of Mars-Evans City and Watters Station Rd; Command wants them to move down to the entrance of (AA Concrete?) and shut it down there. RQ-42 is back in service.

21:27: SQ-19 is on location.

21:35: Command is advising SQ-19 they’re going to be on scene for an extended period of time.

21:40: 76-4 states they are responding to the MVA from BMH to complete the crew with 76-2. Command is advising them to cancel per the medic on scene.
