Boat Overturned: Moraine State Park

15:55: Stations 24 and 64, along with Water Rescue Team 300, dispatched to Moraine State Park at Watts Bay, 342 N. Shore Drive, Worth Township, for 1 male in the water with a boat overturned. Station 24 acknowledges the call.

15:57: Control is advising C-300 that the original caller is now reporting they got the single male occupant out of the water. They will meet fire and EMS crews at Watts Bay, and there should be no other patients.

15:58: Station 14 units are going to standby at this time. Station 64 acknowledges the call.

16:00: Chief 24-3 is responding to the scene.

16:01: Rescue 24 is responding.

16:03: 64-2 is en route.

16:08: C-13 is out with the patient in a vehicle. The boat is capsized and will need recovered. C-13 is unsure of the Park Rangers have a boat in the water yet. (No need for Team 300?)

16:09: C-24-3 is on scene.

16:12: Control is advising that they spoke with the Rangers who are on their way to get their boat now. They should not need assistance with boat recovery. Their ETA is 15-20 minutes. Team 300 is back in service.

16:14: RQ-24 is on location.

16:16: 64-2 is on scene.

16:24: C-24-3 is requesting an ALS unit out of Slippery Rock. Station 52 is being alerted.

16:26: 52-2 is responding.

16:41: 52-2 is on scene.

16:57: 64-2 is clear; patient care has been transferred to 52-2.

16:59: C-24-3 reports the incident terminated. 52-2 is transporting ALS to BMH.
