Structure Fire: S. Cliff Street

21:23: Stations 1, 38 (for RIT), 3 (for Ladder), and 99 dispatched for a residential structure fire, 118 S Cliff St, Butler City, across from the Terrace Apartments. Multiple reports of flames from the 2nd floor. Unknown if occupied. 99-5 is assigned to the incident. Tower 1, Engine 1-2, and Chief 3-2 are en route.

21:24: Chief 1 and Engine 38 are responding. TR-1 is arriving on scene with working fire on the 2nd floor.

21:25: 99-5 is responding.

21:26: Command is requesting a 2nd alarm. 99-5 is staging in the area.

21:27: All Station 1 shifts are being recalled.

21:28: C-3-2 is on location. EN-38 is to stage at Jefferson and Cliff and send their crew to Command.

21:29: Ladder 3 is en route. EN-38 is on scene. Engine 3 and Squad 3-2 are responding as well.

21:30: C-3-2 is instructed to charge the hydrant.

21:32: LR-3 is to come in off Jefferson, and back into TR-1 (the remainder of the instruction was unclear).

21:36: Command is marking the fire under control.

21:37: TR-1 is asking Command for a secondary crew to the interior. EN-3 is crossing the Main Street bridge, requesting orders.

21:38: C-1 is on location.

21:39: EN-3 is to bring their crews to the front of TR-1; they are now reporting on scene.

21:42: C-1 is assuming Command; he is advised there are crews are on the 2nd and 3rd floors with smoke conditions on both.

21:48: Someone is requesting more yellow line to the 2nd floor.

21:52: Control is reporting the incident’s 30 minute mark. Command reports they are under control and there is no further need for time checks. Crews are working on overhaul.

21:58: Crews on the 2nd floor are reporting they’re looking good right now.

22:04: The hydrant has been shut down.
