08:09: Additional call confirming no injuries but 1 male driver is still inside the vehicle that on its side.
08:11: EN-38 is on scene just east of the Duffy overpass confirming 1 vehicle on its side on the right shoulder. They will be gaining access via ladder. Chief 3 is arriving and is canceling Station 1. RQ-3 is to proceed to the Lyndora on-ramp and come eastbound to setup as blocker behind C-3.
08:12: EN-38 is advising all units that all occupants are now out of the vehicle. 99-5 is coming in non-emergency; Command is confirming no injuries.
08:13: EMS is still to continue in and park in front of EN-38. 99-5 advises they’ll still be a little bit.
08:16: RQ-3 on scene. EN-3 is to proceed non-emergency and setup as a blocker behind RQ-3.
08:18: 99-5 is now canceled; EN-38 will be handling patient refusals.
08:24: EN-38 is back in service.
09:04: Incident terminated; all units are back in service.
