19:50: Stations 22, 20, 21 and 62 dispatched to the area of 318 Lindsay Road, Jackson Township, for a vehicle rollover with no further information available at dispatch. Chief 22 is responding.
19:51: 62-3, Chief 21-2, and Rescues 20, 22, and 21 are en route.
19:52: Engine 22, Ladder 22, and Engine 22-3 are responding. Control is now advising all units that an additional caller is confirming entrapment.
19:55: 62-6 is now responding as well. RQ-20 is on scene. C-22 is arriving and assuming Command; he reports multiple vehicles on the side of the road.
19:56: C-21-2 on scene.
19:57: RQ-21 is approaching and is to proceed to the rear of the vehicle to assist with stabilization and extrication.
19:58: Any additional units are to stage on their line of approach and send their crews up. EN-22-3, 62-3, EN-22, and LR-22 are on location.
20:00: All traffic is to be diverted down Jo Deener Drive at its intersection with Rt 528.
20:03: 62-6 is arriving on scene from the Evans City side. Command is advising they’re likely blocked out; 62-3 is still assisting FD with extrication and they are to do so as well. There is only 1 patient.
20:06: Patient extrication is being marked complete by Command.
20:16: 62-3 is transporting to Allegheny General Hospital.
20:20: 62-6 is back in service.
20:27: Any 21 unit providing traffic control is now clear to reopen the roadway.
