20:20: 76-1, Duty Chief 42, Chief 19, Engine 19, and Rescue 42 are en route.
20:21: 76-1 is asking Control to check if Stat 3 is available at their base at UPMC Cranberry.
20:22: C-19-2 is on scene with 1 motorcycle and 2 occupants down on the ground. RQ-42 and En-19 are to close the road on each end. En-19 is on location. C-19-2 is reporting 2 critical patients. 1 with broken leg, 1 beginning to lose pulse, both in and out of consciousness.
20:23: SQ-98 is being toned out.
20:24: Control is advising 76-1 that Stat 3 and LF-4 are both on standby, 8 and 9 minute ETAs, respectively. RQ-42 is to divert to the Callery ball field to standby for a landing zone. Rescue 20 and SQ-98 are en route. C-19 is on location.
20:25: Command is advising at least 2 ALS transport units; EMS is to step it up if they can. 76 reports their BLS unit will be on scene first with SQ-98 and an additional ALS ambulance.
20:26: Command is recommending EMS put both aircraft in the air.
20:27: 76-1 is on scene. RQ-42 is on scene at the Callery ball field for the LZ.
20:28: DC-42 and 76-4 are on location. DC-42 is getting out to assist medically.
20:29: Control is now advising Command that both helicopter services have now declined due to weather. RQ-42 is to proceed up and shut the road down at Supremo’s Pizza.
20:31: Command is going to begin turning vehicles around; RQ-42 reports they are at Supremo’s now with the roadway shut down.
20:34: SQ-98 reports 3 minutes out.
20:39: 76-4 is transporting to AGH.
20:43: 76-1 is transporting ALS emergency to AGH with SQ-98 onboard.
20:56: SQ-19 is advising Command that a truck just blew past the road closure. Command is turning the driver around and sending him back out.
20:57: All units are being advised the roadway will be closed for an extended period.
21:01: 76-4 is out at Allegheny General.
21:05: RQ-42 is clear of this incident, responding to the MVA on Route 228 @ Seven Fields Blvd.
