MVA with Rollover: Rt 422 @ Clearfield Rd

20:32: Stations 9 and 44 dispatched for an MVA with rollover and 1 person possibly entrapped, near the intersection of Route 422 westbound and Clearfield Road.

20:33: Station 9 acknowledges the call.

20:34: 44-2 is on another call requesting this call be sent to backup. Chief 9 is responding to the scene. Station 99 is being alerted.

20:35: 99-2 is assigned and responding.

20:37: Rescue 9 is en route. Chief 10 is on scene reporting NEGATIVE entrapment.

20:38: 99-21 is asking for a patient count. He’s advised 1 patient with shoulder pain.

20:40: C-9 is asking C-10 if the vehicles are on the road and if they will need additional traffic control. Control is being asked to add Station 10 to the call.

20:41: Station 10 is being alerted.

20:42: C-10 states this is between Moran Road and Clearfield Road in Junkyard Dip. C-9 is on location.

20:43: RQ-9 is being instructed to pass the scene, come back, and stage on the westbound side of the scene.

20:44: RQ-10 is being instructed to stage at the top of the hill near Hardwood Road and slow traffic. Engine 9 and Rescue 10 are responding. 99-2 is on location.

20:45: Engine 10 is en route.

20:47: 99-21 is clear of the incident.

20:48: EN-9 is requesting orders with no immediate response.

20:51: RQ-10 is positioned at Hardwood Road asking which lane to move traffic into; they’re being advised the vehicle involved(?) is in the fast lane.

21:07: Traffic controllers are being instructed to hold traffic; the tow truck has arrived.

21:17: RQ-10 is being instructed to send traffic again, slowly.

21:18: Control is checking the status of 99-2; they report they are still on scene and will be obtaining a patient refusal.

21:22: RQ-10 is being instructed to clean up and work their way out by EN-9.

21:23: 99-2 is clear of the scene with a patient refusal.

21:25: Incident terminated; all units are back in service, returning to station.
