21:05: Per Control, the male patient is conscious, in pain with a leg injury. Captain 35 is en route to his station.
21:06: Chief 35 is en route to the scene.
21:09: Squad 44 is responding. Captain 28 is on scene stating it is near the Oneida dam. Station 35 acknowledges the call with 1 firefighter on station.
21:10: Cap-35 is on scene.
21:12: 44-1 is approaching; they are to come right up to the scene, in the lane of traffic.
21:13: Rescue 35 is en route; 44-1 is on location.
21:15: RQ-35 is approaching; they are to stop before the scene and drop flares, then proceed up to setup for traffic control.
21:16: C-35 is requesting the nearest available helicopter in the air to the BMH helipad.
21:17: RQ-35 is on scene.
21:18: SQ-44 is approaching; they are to approach the scene near their ambulance. Per Control, LF-4 is on standby with an 8 minute ETA to the helipad.
21:19: C-35 is stating he wants the helicopter in the air. SQ-44 is arriving on scene.
21:20: Control states LF-4 will be there in 8 minutes.
21:26: FP are instructed to shut the road down for the ambulance to turn around.
21:27: 44-1 is reporting en route to BMH to rendezvous with the helicopter.
21:28: LF-4 is now departing their base at Butler Airport (KBTP).
21:51: 44-1 reports LF-4 is en route to Allegheny General Hospital.
21:55: 44-1 is clear from the helipad, but remains out of service for decontamination. Fire Police on scene are stating they are being permitted to open both lanes but slow traffic.
22:00: FP are reporting a wrecker has arrived; they are being instructed to shutdown the roadway.
22:02: FP are being permitted to alternate traffic again.
22:04: LF-4 is arriving at AGH.
22:24: Incident terminated; Station 35 is back in service.
