23:44: Station 13 acknowledges the call. Chief 13-2 is responding.

23:45: Control is advising 99-5 this is in the dip just before Semper Concrete, and there is reportedly 1 female entrapped and 1 male bleeding from the head.

23:47: Engine 13 is en route.

23:50: EN-13 is on scene reporting 2 vehicles involved, off the roadway. C-13-2 is requesting the availability of air medical.

23:51: 99-5 is on location. Brush 13 is responding.

23:53: 99-5 is requesting another transport unit from their station. Command is requesting Station 14 be added. Per Control, Stat 3 is standing by with a 12 minute ETA. BR-13 is approaching and is to stage and send their manpower to assist with extrication. Station 14 is being activated now.

23:54: BR-13 is on scene. Station 14 acknowledges the call.

00:03: Rescue 14 is en route. 99-4 is on scene.

00:08: 99-21 is now requesting the helicopter in the air to the BMH helipad.

00:26: 99-21 is asking 52-1 which way they’re coming; they are on Unionville Road. They’re advised they have a male patient with leg pain and a head injury, alert and oriented, who was unrestrained.

00:38: 99-5 is clear of the helipad.

00:39: Stat 3 is airborne to Pittsburgh.
