16:04: Stations 21 and 51 dispatched for an MVA w/ injury, Rt 19 @ Goehring Rd.
16:05: 51-1 is passing the scene and states it looks like passerby are attempting to extricate a patient. Control states they are now getting reports of entrapment.
16:06: Stations 22 and 19 are now added for possible entrapment. Rescue 21 and Engine 21-2 are responding. Station 22 acknowledges the call.
16:07: RQ-21 is on scene with 2 vehicles, T-bone style, in the middle of the roadway. Engine 19 is en route. EN-21-2 is also arriving. Chief 21 is approaching and is to pull to the front, past the crash; they have 1 patient entrapped on one of the drivers’ sides.
16:08: RQ-21 has 1 confirmed entrapped on a driver’s side.
16:09: Station 62 is being alerted to cover the call. This was the 3rd active call to Station 51. 62-6 states they are diverting from a previous call to the MVA. 51-4 states they are clearing from Wexford and will also respond. Station 62 is canceled.
16:10: Command states the patient has self-extricated. Mutual aid units are being canceled.
16:19: 51-4 is on scene.
16:24: EN-21-2 is back in service.
16:25: 51-1 is asking if an additional unit is needed and is advised they are not.
16:28: 51-4 is transporting, BLS, to Cranberry.
16:37: Command terminated; Station 21 is back in service.
