07:56: Stations 3, 1 and 99 dispatched to the intersection of Pittsburgh Road and Hansen Avenue for a single vehicle rollover with 1 occupant still inside and the vehicle smoking. Chief 3 is responding.
07:57: 99-4 is assigned and en route.
07:58: Engine 1, Rescue 1, and Engine 3 are responding. A PD unit is on location.
07:59: PD is reporting 1 victim not breathing.
08:00: C-3 is on scene with Command confirming a single vehicle rolled over with the occupant still inside.
08:01: A unit is requesting an aircraft on standby if it hasn’t been done so already. 99-4 is approaching.
08:02: City units and 99-4 are now on location.
08:03: EN-3 is to come straight through the intersection, turn into the left turn lane onto Hansen Avenue off Pittsburgh Road and setup for extrication.
08:04: Stat MedEvac is on standby with a 12 minute ETA, pending weather. AK Steel was given for the landing zone. C-3 is now asking Control to notify Station 54 they will be utilizing the LZ on the east side of the complex.
08:05: Rescue 3 is responding. C-3 is asking C-54-2 if they’re able to handle the LZ and he states they have significant manpower for their engine. He is asking which LZ will be used. C-3 states the one near the Picklegate Crossing.
08:06: RQ-3 is to stage behind the engine and send their manpower up. Control is asking C-3 if he wants the helicopter in the air and he is stating affirmative.
08:09: C-54-2 states their Engine and Attack are en route to the LZ. Control states Stat will be inbound.
08:12: Stat 3 is airborne from UPMC Cranberry.
08:13: C-54-2 reports his units are out at the LZ now.
08:18: Stat 3 is passing over the Renfrew area now, contacting the ground crew for their briefing with an ETA of 2 minutes.
08:20: C-3 is marking patient extrication complete.
08:23: Stat is on the ground at the LZ.
08:33: 99-4 is transporting to the LZ.
09:05: The helicopter is airborne to Pittsburgh.
09:06: 99-4 is clear of the landing zone but remains out of service at this time. Station 54 units are back in service.
09:08: City units are clear of the scene.
09:17: Stat 3 is arriving on the helipad at UPMC Presbyterian.
09:39: C-3 is now reporting all Station 3 units clear of Pittsburgh Road.
