10:04: Ambulance 51-1 informed by Control a passerby stopped and reported a 9 year old with a leg injury.
10:08: Chief 21 is on scene on the right shoulder of the Northbound lanes. Negative entrapment. Vehicle into a guiderail, large debris field.
10:10: 51-1 on scene.
10:11: Chief 21 is checking with Control whether Pennsylvania State Police are en route; Control states affirmative.
