10:00: Stations 24, 13, and 52 dispatched for an MVA with injuries in the area of 2010 New Castle Rd, Muddy Creek Township, near the Pilot Travel Center. There is 1 vehicle into a tree and the driver is reportedly injured. Station 52 is covering the call as Station 64 is out of service indefinitely at this time.
10:01: Station 52 acknowledges the call. Chief 13-2 is en route to his station.
10:02: Station 24 acknowledges the call. 52-1 is responding.
10:05: Engine 13 is en route.
10:06: Rescue 24 is en route.
10:07: C-24-3 is on scene.
10:08: C-24-3 is now reporting 1 female still in the vehicle complaining of neck, shoulder, and left-sided chest pain. He is asking which ambulance is responding and is advised 52-1.
10:10: C-24-3 is instructing EN-13 to cross traffic right before the Pilot and park on the left-hand berm.
10:11: RQ-24 is requesting orders. They’re to pull in behind Command’s vehicle to block a lane of traffic.
10:12: RQ-24 and EN-13 are now reporting on location.
10:13: 52-1 is on scene.
10:16: Brush 13 is on scene.
10:35: All traffic is to be held as the ambulance is leaving the scene.
10:36: 52-1 reports they are transporting the patient to UPMC Jameson.
11:02: Traffic controllers are preparing to depart soon.
11:04: RQ-24 is back in service.
11:05: Command reports all FD units are clear of the scene.
