22:25: Stations 22 and 62 dispatched for an MVA with injury in the area of the Kaufman Tavern, 105 South Main Street, Zelienople Borough. One vehicle is reported into a pole with the male operator still inside, unresponsive, unknown if breathing. The doors are locked. 62-6 is advising Control they are still tied up on other calls and is requesting the next available EMS and Squad 98.
22:26: Station 76 and Squad 98 are alerted. Station 22 acknowledges the call.
22:27: Lieutenant 22 is on location establishing Command with 1 vehicle into a pole; he is trying to get access to the patient who appears to be moving around. The location is updated to the intersection of West New Castle Street and Linden Street.
22:28: Command states the patient is unconscious with a pulse but is not breathing. CPR is in progress.
22:30: Rescue 22 is responding.
22:31: RQ-22 is instructed to park behind PD vehicles and block the incident and send their manpower up to assist with CPR.
22:32: Engine 22-3 is en route.
22:33: RQ-22 is instructed to come all the way up to the incident and get around traffic; they are now reporting on location.
22:34: Engine 22 is responding.
22:37: EN-22 is on scene. They are instructed to pull onto Linden Street.
22:38: EN-22-3 and Squad 98 are on scene.
22:39: Command advises he has sufficient resources on scene; any units not there can cancel. Control states everyone en route is already there except EMS; 76-1 states they are showing a 5 minute ETA.
22:45: 76-1 is on location.
22:56: 76-1 is en route to UPMC Presbyterian with Squad 98 onboard.
23:05: The tow truck has reportedly arrived.
23:09: The vehicle is off the road. Command is terminated; Station 22 is back in service.
