12:51: Stations 3, 38, and 99 dispatched for a garage fire, 300 Meridian Rd, Butler Twp.
12:52: Station 3-2 acknowledges the call; Chief 3-2 is en route to the scene. Engine 38 is responding.
12:53: Chief 3 is advising all units he is in the area with black smoke in the air.
12:54: Chief 3-2 is requesting the second alarm activation.
12:55: Tanker 3 is responding. Stations 12, 11, 14, 13, 20, and 1 are added to the call.
12:56: C-3 is asking if the caller was from 300 Meridian Road; he states he is in the area with 2 controlled burns (1 on Winterwood Drive and 1 on Roe Avenue) and is unable to locate a garage fire at this time. Station 13 acknowledges. Rescue 1 is en route.
12:57: Engine 1-2 is responding. Control is now stating Butler Twp PD believe this is a shed on fire on Roe Avenue. C-3 states he checked and this was reportedly a controlled burn. He is proceeding back to investigate. The second alarm is to be placed on standby.
12:59: C-3 confirms this is a burn on Roe Ave and is stating there are sufficient resources on scene. All other units are canceled.
13:19: All units are back in service.
