09:36: Stations 33 and 52 alerted for an MVA with unknown injuries at the intersection of William Flynn Highway and Duffy Road in Brady Township. Pickup vs sedan, multiple 911 calls.

09:37: 52-1 is requesting Control send the next due service. Station 99 is alerted to cover the call.

09:39: 99-5 is assigned.

09:40: Second alert for Station 33.

09:42: Engine 33-2 is en route. 99-5 is requesting a unit from Superior Ambulance.

09:44: Superior is alerted for the call.

09:45: Tower 33 is responding.

09:46: EN-33-2 is asking TR-33 to come down Centreville Pike then turn north onto Route 8.

09:50: EN-33-2 is on scene.

09:52: 99-5 is approaching; they’re to pull onto Duffy Road. They’ll have 2 elderly patients for evaluation. TR-33 is also approaching.

09:53: 99-5 is on location.

10:28: 99-5 is clear with 3 patient refusals.

10:43: Command is requesting Station 34 close Route 8 southbound at Kiester Road.

10:44: Station 34 is alerted for the call.

10:48: Second alert for Station 34.

10:49: Lt-33 is responding to handle the road closure.

11:09: Squad 34 is responding.

11:15: SQ-34 is on scene.

11:17: Command is stating PennDOT was possibly closing Route 8 at Branchton; SQ-34 saw trucks arriving there and is going to go see if they are closing it.

11:21: SQ-34 confirms PennDOT has the road closed at Branchton, but cars are still coming from Slippery Rock on Kiester; they’re asking if they’re to go back to Kiester to block it. Command is releasing SQ-34; he states if anyone comes down, they’ll just turn them around.

12:55: EN-33-2 is back in service.
