12:50: Stations 99 and 14 dispatched for a Delta response to Altitude Trampoline Park at the Clearview Mall for a 3 year old male who fell and struck his head and is vomiting.
12:51: Station 14 acknowledges the call. 99-3 is assigned.
12:52: Utility 14 and 99-3 are en route.
12:53: Captain 14 is responding to the scene and asking if a specific location in the trampoline park was given; Control states there will be someone watching at the front door to direct them in.
12:55: Cap-14 is on location.
12:57: U-14 is on scene and instructed to bring the medical bag all the way to the back. Engine 14-2 is en route.
12:58: 99-3 is on location. Cap-14 states he is on his way out to meet them now. E-14 is canceled; 99-3 is advised the 3-year-old male fell out of a video game booth and struck his head on the concrete floor.
13:06: Cap-14 is reporting Station 14 units are clear of the scene.
13:13: 99-3 is transporting ALS Emergency to Children’s Hospital, Pittsburgh.
13:24: 99-3 is checking the availability of LifeFlight 4 at the Butler Airport; the ambulance is approaching Airport Road and will be there in about a minute. The transmission was cut off but the word “unconscious” was heard at the end of the request.
13:25: LF-4 is unavailable; Control is to check with Stat MedEvac with the landing zone being the airport.
13:31: Control is advising that Stat 6 will be responding with an ETA of 5 minutes. They are based out of the Clarion Airport but departed UPMC Cranberry at 13:23 and are passing northeast over Butler Township at this time. 99-3 is on location at the airport.
13:32: The aircraft over Butler Township has rerouted toward the airport now.
13:36: Stat 6 is on approach to the airport.
13:39: 99-3 is out with the aircraft now.
14:03: Stat 6 is taking off from the Butler Airport now, en route to Pittsburgh.
14:04: 99-3 is clear of the airport.
14:14: The helicopter appears to be arriving on the helipad at Children’s Hospital.
