06:24: Station 99 acknowledges; 99-3 is assigned. Engine 38 is responding.
06:25: Chief 3-2 en route. 99-3 requesting availability of air medical.
06:26: LifeFlight 4 is on standby at their base at Butler Airport.
06:27: PD on scene advising all occupants are out. Male in the rolled over vehicle is complaining of neck pain.
06:28: There is a second patient with a head injury.
06:32: 99-3 and C-3-2 are on location.
06:33: 99-2 and E-38 are also on location. Rescue 3 is en route. 99-21 is also arriving on scene.
06:36: 99-21 is advising that LifeFlight can stand down.
06:37: R-3 is instructed to close McCalmont Road at Meridian Road.
06:38: R-3 is approaching from Pittsburgh Road and is instructed to drop cones and close McCalmont at the gas well.
06:41: Squad 3 is en route.
06:44: R-3 is on location. Oil-Dri is needed at one of the vehicles.
06:46: 99-3 is transporting 1 patient, BLS, to BMH.
06:47: 99-2 is in service with a patient refusal.
06:48: S-3 is on location and is instructed to help control traffic near the gas well.
06:50: 99-21 is clear of the scene.
06:51: E-38 is back in service.
07:22: McCalmont Road is reopened; Command terminated. Station 3 is back in service.
