16:55: Stations 3, 38 and 99 dispatched for a vehicle vs pedestrian near the Dollar General, 521 Evans City Road. Chief 3-3 is en route to the scene.
16:56: Engine 38 and Rescue 3 are responding.
16:59: C-3-3 is on scene establishing Command; it appears they may have traumatic arrest in the middle of the roadway. Traffic is blocked. Control states PD just advised that CPR is in progress. E-38 is approaching.
17:00: 99-5 is on location. E-3 is to take Whitestown onto Evans City and approach from the Farm Show side. Squad 3-2 is en route. E-38 is on location.
17:01: Command is advising any unit not on scene to slow their response.
17:03: Squad 3 is approaching; they are instructed to block all traffic in front of Cummings. Command is now canceling any unit not on scene.
17:04: E-3 is approaching; Command states they can proceed in.
17:05: E-3 and S-3 are on location.
17:06: S-3 is telling Command that PD have instructed them to go to Whitestown Road and shut it off.
17:12: 99-5 is reporting inbound to BMH with traumatic arrest.
17:15: Station 99 is being toned out for a male with a possible panic attack at the scene.
17:16: 99-4 is assigned.
17:28: 99-4 is on location.
17:31: E-38 is advising Command there is a family member approaching the scene on foot.
17:50: E-38 has been released by Command and is in service. 99-4 is back in service with a patient refusal.
18:11: A traffic controller is advising they just had a vehicle pass the road closure.
18:34: S-3 is advising Command that PSP is approaching from Whitestown and Route 68.
19:54: L-3 is being advised to reopen the roadway and clear out.
19:55: Evans City Road Command reports the road is open and all Station 3 units are clear of the scene. There were no other updates from this incident.
