16:57: Station 24 added to the call.
16:58: Station 34 to fill 33.
17:05: C-33(?) to Tower 33- “Tower, stage in front of Tanker 1500, manpower and every single ladder we have to the structure.”
17:10: 1500 Command is asking LEOC if they copied his request for the power company to respond; he is advised they were notified and gave a 1 hour ETA.
17:13: Road to be closed at Route 108 & Route 19. PSP was requested by Command to assist with full road closure.
17:14: Route 108 is being closed from the New Castle side now.
17:17: “Command to anyone who can bring me up another ladder from the road, I’ll take another roof ladder.”
17:18: Station 34 units are reporting arrival at Station 33 for the standby.
17:19: Command is requesting a high-rise pack to the Charlie-Delta corner of the structure.
17:20: Division 1 personnel are reporting fire in the basement.
17:21: 1541 is advising E-33 they have about a half a tank left, asking where the water is.
17:22: PSP has asked if the Fire Marshall will be needed; Command confirms he will be needed when they are done.
17:40: Fire is still reported on the roof. C-33 asked Command earlier about having air cylinders refilled by their air truck.
17:44: Command is advised there is fire in the basement again.
17:45: The crew from the power company is reportedly on scene now.
17:56: Division 1 crew reports “the floor is shot.”
18:00: Power is cut. Charlie side getting ready to make entry to the basement.
18:30: 2 hour mark. Extensive overhaul.
19:30: LEOC reports this is the 3 hour mark. Units continue to operate on scene.
19:41: 1541 is clear of the scene.
19:43; A PennDOT salt truck is going to do a couple of runs before traffic can reopen.
20:09: Station 33 is clear of the incident and Station 34 is released from the standby.
21:22: Units are still operating on scene. An individual on Station 1500 is intructed to bring a couple quarts of motor oil to the scene.
21:54: East side traffic control is instructed to open the roadway.
