17:38: Control advising 62-2 per PD one 69 year old male with a head injury, wearing a helmet, is conscious.
17:40: Engine 21 en route. 62-2 is clear of the previous MVA with a patient refusal, en route to this scene. Squad 98 on scene.
17:41: Chief 21 requesting a helicopter on standby. Instructing incoming 21 unit to shutdown traffic coming onto Unionville Road.
17:42: Chief 21-2 on scene. MedEvac 3 is on standby at UPMC Cranberry.

18:25: Fire Police informed by Command the 2nd tow truck is loading now, once it goes by the Fire Police they can start breaking down to clear the scene.
