00:24: Station 28 alerted for an MVA at 104 Merchant Lane, Fairview Township. A vehicle reportedly struck a utility pole; there are wires down and the vehicle is reportedly upside down in the weeds with no injuries.
00:27: Chief 28-3 is en route to the station.
00:31: 28 Traffic 2 is on scene confirming no injuries.
00:33: 28-T-2 is advising Station 28 there are wires down and a there is transformer laying on the ground.
00:34: C-28 is asking Control to start West Penn Power to the scene. Engine 28-2 is responding.
00:37: E-28-2 is on location and is instructed to pull in front of the main office of Hobaugh’s at 1520 Kittanning Pike and setup lighting.
00:39: Control is advising West Penn Power stated they already had multiple calls on this and will have a crew there within the hour.
00:57: Command states the patient is now complaining of neck pain and is requesting an ambulance.
00:58: Station 56 is alerted for the call.
00:59: Station 56 acknowledges the call.
01:02: 56-1 is responding.
01:24: Command is terminated; Station 28 units are back in service and 56-1 will be transporting.
01:31: 56-1 is transporting the patient BLS to Butler Memorial Hospital.
01:53: 56-1 is out at the hospital.
