House Fire: Timberbrook Ct, Zelie Boro

23:51: Stations 90, 22, and 62 dispatched with Beaver County Stations 70 and 26 to 102 Timberbrook Court in Zelienople Borough for a house fire. Stations 21 and 51 acknowledge the call.

23:52: 62-2 is en route.

23:53: Engine 19 and Chief 22 are responding. Control advises C-22 that PD are on scene reporting the house is fully involved and they did receive reports that all occupants are out. Towers 42 and 21 are en route.

23:54: 51-3 is en route. Control states that PD have been unable to confirm the involved building is unoccupied but all adjacent units have been evacuated.

23:55: Control is advising C-22 there should be a hydrant at the intersection of Timberbrook and Oakdale, and another at the end of the cul-de-sac.

23:56: Beaver Chief 26 is responding to the scene.

23:57: Engine 22 is responding. C-22 is on location with a 3-story, multi-family dwelling; it is a unit of 6 houses with the 2nd one on fire. There is fire showing from Divisions 1 to 3. There is a hydrant in the front yard.

23:58: Control is reporting no acknowledgment from Beaver Station 70.

23:59: C-22 states his 360° inspection is complete, confirming 3 stories from the Charlie side(?) with fire as previously stated. They will operate in a transitional attack. E-22 is to pull a 2½” line on their arrival and begin to attack from the Alpha side. Engine 22-3 is en route.

00:00: 62-2 states they’re staging the ambulance at Creekwood Drive and will bring supplies up. Control now advises that PD have accounted for all occupants of the fire building. Engine 20 is responding.

00:01: Command is advising T-21 they will be the first due truck; they are to come straight into the dead-end street and they’ll have good access on the Alpha-Bravo side.

00:02: Ladder 22 is responding.

00:03: T-21 is probably on location – their transmission was cut off.

00:04: L-22 is approaching, requesting orders. Beaver Engine 26 is responding.

00:05: C-22 instructs L-22 to park in front of E-22 and setup ground ladders(?). L-22 and E-22-3 are both reporting on location. E-19 states they are staged on the line of approach and is asking Command if they need a secondary water supply. E-19 now states they are getting out, they are the 3rd due engine. C-22 is instructing them to proceed into Division 1 of the 3rd apartment building.

00:06: Chief 20-2 is on location.

00:08: Chief 22-3 is instructed by Command to take over Operations.

00:09: 51-3 is approaching, requesting orders.

00:10: The T-21 operator is advised, “ready for water.” E-20 is staging. T-21 is ready for hookup to water.

00:11: T-42 is on the approach. 51-3 and T-42 are both now reporting on location.

00:13: E-19 crew is advising Command they have the bulk of the fire knocked down and are starting overhaul.

00:16: Control is advising the water and electric companies have been notified and from the time C-22 reporting on location, he is 19 minutes into the incident.
