06:16: Stations 16, 15 and 76, along with Allegheny County Station 241, alerted for a vehicle rollover on Sandy Hill Road at Deer Run Drive in Middlesex Township with the occupants out.
06:17: Chief 15-3 is en route to his station.
06:18: 76-3 is responding. Station 15 acknowledges the call.
06:19: Chief 16 is responding to the scene.
06:22: C-16 is on location with 1 vehicle on its side into a pole.
06:23: C-16 is now reporting entrapment.
06:25: Rescue 15 is en route.
06:27: C-16 is advising EMS he has a conscious and alert patient complaining of head pain from hitting his head off something in the vehicle, and he is entrapped at this time. EMS reports they are about 5 minutes out.
06:30: R-15 is instructed to provide vehicle stabilization upon their arrival; the patient is lightly entrapped per C-16. R-15 is turning onto Sandy Hill now.
06:31: 76-3 is on scene.
06:32: Rescue 16 and Utility 16 are responding.
06:33: R-15 is being advised the incident is in the S-bends south of the intersection; they are now reporting on scene.
06:35: Station 16 is asking if the tanker is needed and is advised negative; just the rescue.
06:36: Squad 15-2 is approaching, requesting orders, and is instructed to setup one-lane traffic around the scene.
06:39: R-16 is arriving and is instructed to just park behind PD.
06:40: U-16 is on location.
06:41: Traffic controllers are instructed to shut the road down but it was not stated why at this time.
06:48: C-16 is reporting all Station 16 units are returning to Station except Fire Police who remain on scene with PD.
06:49: Control is asking if Allegheny 241 ever made it on scene and C-16 states he never saw them; Control is to release them.
06:50: R-15 asks C-16 if they are clear to return as well and he states they are; R-15 is back in service.
06:53: FP are asking if a school bus can get through and are advised the bus will have to wait for the moment.
06:54: FP are now instructed to send the bus through.
06:55: Units are now advised to shut the road down while the vehicle is removed.
07:00: 76-3 is back in service with 1 patient refusal.
07:23: U-16 is back in service.
07:24: All Station 15 units are now reported back in service.
