13:10: City units are advising E-38 they are on the 4th floor.
13:14: E-38 crew is proceeding to the basement.
13:19: E-38 has an overheated motor in the basement and City units state there is also a problem with a rooftop unit.
13:24: L-26 approaching from Main Street but released by Command.
13:31: All units are back in service.
