03:27: Stations 14 and 99 dispatched for an MVA with unknown injuries at the intersection of North Main Street and Mercer Road. A caller was yelling that he needed help, crashed, then disconnected.
03:29: Captain 14 is responding to the scene.
03:31: Cap-14 is on scene with 1 vehicle off the road into a pole.
03:32: Cap-14 is asking Control to request the State Police step up their response; the male is highly intoxicated and very outraged and upset.
03:33: 99-2 states they are approaching from the south and will be there in a couple seconds. They are instructed to pull into the parking lot of the Kwik Fill.
03:34: Control is advising Cap-14 that PSP was advised of the situation.
03:39: Rescue 14 is responding and downgraded to non-emergency by Cap-14.
03:41: R-14 is approaching and is instructed to pull into the Belmont parking lot behind the vehicle and assist with Oil-Dri and cleanup.
03:42: R-14 is now reporting on scene.
03:54: North Main Street Command is terminated; Station 14 units are back in service.
03:55: 99-3(?) is reporting back in service with a patient refusal.
