13:31: E-19 asking ETA for the ambulance.
13:32: 62-2 states they are 10 minutes out, they are currently on Route 68. They will have 1 patient with facial injuries.
13:34: E-19 is asking for PennDOT to be notified that Valencia Road is icy; Control states PennDOT is aware of the road conditions and all of their trucks are supposedly out.
13:38: Incoming unit directed to close Valencia road at Brownsdale Road and relieve the sheriff unit there.
