14:20: 64-1 is on scene with 3 vehicles blocking most of the roadway. They are checking for injuries. Engine 21 is responding.
14:21: Rescue 21 is en route.
14:23: 64-1 is advising 4 patients and they are believed to be refusals.
14:27: Fire units and 51-3 are on scene. Control is advising PSP is just leaving their barracks.
14:28: 64-1 is clear of the scene.
14:31: Command is asking Control to advise PSP they will need 3 tows (no one else is allowed to request tow trucks).
14:34: 51-3 is back in service reporting no injuries.
15:13: Fire Police are beginning to pick up their cones, all 3 vehicles are on flatbeds now.
15:20: All units are now clear of the interstate.
