13:32: Stations 3, 38 and 99 alerted for a triaxle into telephone pole on New Castle Road at Butler Commons; wires are reportedly on the truck and the driver is still inside.
13:33: 99-4 is assigned.
13:34: Station 3-2 acknowledges the call. Engine 38 and BT-3, and 99-4 are responding. Engine 38 is arriving and reporting it is right in front of the VA complex at 325 New Castle Road. Engine 3 is en route.
13:35: Engine 38 is now on scene confirming a triaxle into a telephone pole and stating it appears to be only communications lines involved – no electrical. BT-3 is now also on scene. Command is advising responding units NEGATIVE ENTRAPMENT, NEGATIVE INJURIES.
13:36: Command is now also advising there are low-hanging wires across the First National Bank and they will have to stop all truck traffic. He is also asking Control to have CenturyLink respond; there are underground wires involved and two poles sheared.
13:39: Engine 3 is on scene.
13:43: Squad 3-2 is responding.
13:45: Command is asking Control to notify Armstrong their wires are involved as well.
13:47: 99-4 is back in service with patient refusal.
