23:26: Control is advising 99-2 they can proceed in to the scene.

23:31: EMS is requesting the nearest air medical on standby; landing zone will be the BMH helipad.
23:33: Control states LifeFlight 4 is on standby with a 10 minute ETA; 99-2 states they will advise Control if needed.
23:40: 99-2 is now asking for LF-4 to be launched to the helipad.
23:41: Control is checking for a patient update to relay to LifeFlight; 99-2 states “severe trauma,” possibly ‘facial’ trauma but the audio is not clear. The patient is a 30 year old male.
23:42: LF-4 is airborne from the Butler County Airport.
23:43: 99-2 is en route to the LZ.
23:48: The ambulance is out at the helipad.
23:49: LF-4 is on the helipad at BMH.
00:09: LF-4 is airborne to Pittsburgh.
00:10: 99-2 is back in service, care transferred to LifeFlight, destination Allegheny General Hospital.
00:24: LifeFlight 4 appears to be at the helipad at AGH.
