15:04: Station 21 is alerted for the call.
15:07: 62-4 is advised a caller is reporting 2 people entrapped, conscious and alert.
15:08: 62-4 reports both units are on scene. Rescue 22 is en route.
15:10: 62-4 advises Rescue 22 there is 1 patient entrapped. At least the passenger side door will need removed.
15:11: Rescue 22 is on scene with Command reporting 1 small vehicle off the roadway and 1 tractor trailer still on the roadway.

15:17: Command is advising Control to cancel Beaver County units; Control states Beaver had reported no acknowledgment earlier.
