MVA, I-79 SB @ 92.8 MM

17:20: Stations 22, 24, and 62 alerted for a report of a vehicle into the median; caller was unable to stop to investigate. Stations 22 and 24 acknowledge the call.

17:21: 62-6 is en route.

17:22: Rescue 22 is en route.

17:23: Control is advising an additional call reports a hail storm passed through and there are MULTIPLE DISABLED VEHICLES near this mile marker in both lanes of traffic.

17:24: Station 21 reports they have a crew if needed and they are asked to proceed.

17:25: Station 21 is requesting their tones be activated for the incident.

17:26: Rescue 21 and Brush 24 are en route.

17:27: Chiefs 21, 22, and 21-2 are en route.

17:28: Squad 21-2 is en route.

17:29: 62-6 is passing the scene in the opposite lane reporting at least 2 vehicles involved and requesting Station 64 be added to the call; they are alerted.

17:30: Station 64 acknowledges the call.

17:31: Rescue 24 states PSP has a car at the shoulder of the 92.6, checking where to go from Rescue 22.

17:32: Brush 24 is on scene. 62-6 is also on scene, advising the 64 unit to proceed past them to the PSP vehicle.

17:33: Engine 22-3 is on scene at the 93 MM with 1 vehicle into the median and 1 against the guardrail just before that. Chief 22 is on scene with Command reporting a van at the 92.4 MM, no injuries, and a sedan at the 92.6 MM into the median. (Engine 22-3 and Chief 22 are believed to be referring to the same vehicles here.)

17:34: Engine 22, Rescue 22 on scene.

17:35: PSP has released fire units from the van incident and there are no injuries.

17:38: Rescue 22 and Engine 22-3 will remain on scene; all other units can return in service. Control is advising Chief 22 they just took a call for a wreck at the 87 MM SB.

17:39: 62-6 is advising 64-2 to proceed to the 87 mile marker incident.

17:42: Rescue 24 is en route to the 87 mile marker as well.

17:45: Brush 24 is advising nothing found at the 87 mile marker southbound; they are going to continue to check farther down the highway. They are now reporting back in service.

17:46: 64-2 is returning in service.

18:20: 62-6 is back in service with patient refusal.

18:26: I-79 Command is terminated; all Station 22 units are back in service.
